We have negotiated tariffs and placed options on a number of rooms with a selection of hotels in Marseilles’ city centre. You are of course free to select any hotel or accommodation of your choosing. The hotels we have selected have been chosen for their location. Rooms are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Please note that negotiated prices are exchangeable and refundable whereas if you book via the website some tariffs may be lower however they are NOT exchangeable and refundable.

Please note that although the conference takes place outside the peak summer season, June is already a busy month and we recommend that you book your hotel room as soon as possible and in all events before the booking confirmation deadlines.

For negotiated hotels belonging to the ACCOR Group a special website booking system will be available on March, 15th. In the meantime you can contact the hotels directly. Remember to indicate the booking code “ICAR2010”
