An innovative teaching approach meeting business requirements
Euromed Management is a pioneer in making personal and professional development an essential part of its teaching.
-
The Metizo approach. The new Metizo personal development certificate is a guarantee that the student has identified his professional objectives, has given thought to his priorities and personal goals in a long-term perspective, has defined the skills he needs to succeed and has gained experience in the use of corporate personal development tools.
-
The Pro-Acts approach aims to encourage pro-activeness and team work. Students will learn how to manage a project from A to Z, how to be creative and independent and how to adapt to others or to new situations. Students will also be taught how to build self-confidence and trust in others for successful business relationships.
-
The Pro-Act Employment approach. Career coaches at
the Euromed Management Career Centre guide the student in his employability self-assessment and notably in developing and implementing his professional project. At the end of the training period the student presents his Pro-Act Employment project to a panel of business professionals from Human Resources. The panel assesses his employability taking into account his progress at Euromed Management and the professional project developed throughout the course. This is the ideal opportunity for businesses to identify potential.
