An innovative teaching approach meeting business requirements

Euromed Management is a pioneer in making personal and professional development an essential part of its teaching.  

• The Metizo approach. The new Metizo personal development certificate is a guarantee that the student has identified his professional objectives, has given thought to his priorities and personal goals in a long-term perspective, has defined the skills he needs to succeed and has gained experience in the use of corporate personal development tools.
  
  
  


• The Pro-Acts approach aims to encourage pro-activeness and team work. Students will learn how to manage a project from A to Z, how to be creative and independent and how to adapt to others or to new situations. Students will also be taught how to build self-confidence and trust in others for successful business relationships.
  
  
  


• The Pro-Act Employment approach. Career coaches at the Euromed Management Career Centre guide the student in his employability self-assessment and notably in developing and implementing his professional project. At the end of the training period the student presents his Pro-Act Employment project to a panel of business professionals from Human Resources. The panel assesses his employability taking into account his progress at Euromed Management and the professional project developed throughout the course.
