The Skill Centres are three interdisciplinary teaching and research units. Various bodies take part in the management of the Faculty providing it with the means of developing its academic expertise (principle of relevancy) but also with the means of participating in the mission and strategy of the Institution (principle of empowerment).

The Dean (who is also Deputy Managing Director) is in charge of recruitment and management of the faculty. He is assisted in his work by three associate deans:

• The Associate Dean in charge of research is responsible for the management of the Euro-Mediterranean Research Centre laboratory.

• The Associate Dean of Faculty is responsible in particular for monitoring recruitment, teaching innovations, taking part in the organization and assessment of the Faculty, and the running of different committees.

• The Associate Dean in charge of Quality and Process is responsible in particular for the pedagogical assessment of the lecturers and quality policy in line with the international accreditations (EQUIS, AACSB).
