The Employment Pro-Act

The Employment Pro-Act is part of the Pro-Act teaching method unique to Euromed Management: personal development is one of its major themes. Pro-Act's objective is to teach how to undertake a project, work as part of a team, manage a project from A to Z, be creative, autonomous, to be able to adapt to others and to different situations, to learn to believe in oneself and in others and have professional relationships. Pro-Acts combine the project dimensions and the completion of actions by students, whence Pro-Act.  Everything you need to know about Pro-Act.

The Employment Pro-Act makes it possible for the student to make his/her employability a success in the face of enterprise expectations:

The Employment Pro-Act: The Trajectoire coaches, the Euromed Management Career Centre, accompany the student in the search of employability, especially in the construction and implementation of his/her professional project. At the end of the course, the student presents his/her Employment Pro-Act in front of a jury composed of Human Resource professionals. The objective is to diagnose the student's employability, taking into account the Euromed Management curriculum and the professional project built there. For enterprises, this is also an opportunity to detect potential talent.

Success story: Bruno PONTY, Française des Jeux Recruitment and integration

"La Française des Jeux is present in the Bouches du Rhône with a site having 250 employees. A frequent recruiter of graduates from the "Grandes Ecoles" schools of Commerce, we have long term relationships with over a dozen "preparatory" "Grandes Ecoles".  The "employment pro-act" approach is, in my opinion, an efficient tool for enabling Euromed Management graduates to obtain the best jobs. I have seen the evolutions for over 5 years: today they are amongst the most interesting students I meet from Schools of Commerce: their project is well argued, their choices convert to high powered training courses, they are ambitious and have the corresponding means and are operational. »

Trajectoire

Within the Enterprise and Partnership Department, "Trajectoire",  the school's career centre, is the main interface between the students and the employment market. The objective is to make the best pairing between the offer and the demand.

The coaches working with Trajectoire are specialists in recruitment and/or Human Resource consulting. They accompany the students for the duration of their school career, in order to help them build and implement their professional project.

The EMPLOYMENT PRO-ACT teaching method is organised and coordinated by, Trajectoire, a backbone of employability.

  • Organisation of business oriented conferences in order to make it possible for students to get to know the market and the different sectors of activity. These conferences also make it possible for enterprises to communicate on their needs and expectations in terms of profiles for example.
  • Individual coaching to help students in their major professional orientations (choice of curriculum, professional project,…) : all students have at least one individual meeting with a coach during their school career
  • Organisation of lectures and workshops on themes such as training course and employment search techniques, CVs, letters of motivation, interviews, network development, digital identity and social networks... these workshops, which are mandatory for the student, represent, for example, over 40 hours of the curriculum for a student following the ESC programme.
  • Organisation of courses and workshops specifically dedicated to finding training courses and employment abroad.
  • Organisation of a Front Office in order to permanently answer students' questions on their professional project, questions about the market, their search for training courses or apprenticeship, jobs, their résumé, etc.

In collaboration with Trajectoire, the Training Course and Apprenticeship team orients the students to course, employment and apprenticeship offers received by the school depending on their professional project.

Our students and graduates have access to over 8,500 training course and job offers per year.

Amongst our Trajectoire partners: ANDRH, APEC, La Cité des Métiers, Adecco, Hays, Rotary Club, UPE 13, site Provence Stage et Apprentissage.
